My newborn sessions usually book up months in advance so I always recommend you book in during pregnancy. Ideally after you are 12 or 20 weeks scan. The best time to photograph your little one is between 5-14 days. This is why I usually recommend booking while pregnant to ensure I will have allocated space for you in my diary.
If however your baby has already arrived then feel free to get in touch in the chance I have a space opened up.

When you are planning on booking a newborn photographer please make sure to start planning early. Most good photographers usually to book up months in advance and it's so important you select a professional experience photographer that is confident and trained in posing your new precious baby. My style is all white, simple and timeless. I love natural poses. I also offer at home sessions for those that wish for the ultimate relaxed session in the comfort of your own home.

Ruth is an absolute angel! We had our newborn photoshoot when our little boy was only 10 days old.
Being first time parents, we were naturally wary of anyone handling our precious boy. Within minutes we were both relaxed and chatting on the sofa while Ruth worked her magic and got the best photos imaginable.
The studio was warm and cosy. Ruth is so inviting and friendly. The whole experience is something we will never forget.
Our little one wouldn’t sleep but Ruth was patient and took time to settle him off to sleep. I was amazed at how confidently she handled our boy and with such care.
When we left I felt sad, I didn’t want it to end.
We will most definitely be back!
